APPLY FOR Anticipatory BAIL.
FREEDOM IS YOUR BIRTH RIGHT AS YOU ARE INNOCENT.
Read case laws where courts have granted bail. One of them is posted here

It is the police and the public prosecution who has to accept or oppose your bail - if at all they do so. You are NOT some major criminal or smuggler and so cannot be denied bail
Even in case of death of the Wife, husband and others are granted bail
I've posted many news items with such directions
A sample case (recent supreme court case) is posted here http://www.blurty.com/talkread.bml?journal=vinayak&itemid=31169

Hi All,
My wife lodged a false case under sec 498A against me and my parents. I applied for anticipatory bail for me and my parents in Patiala House court, ND. But the court denied to give anticipatory bail to me while they given relief to my parents. Later I applied for my anticipatory bail in High Court, there the Judge asked me to give 2.5 Lac to my wife, which I denied, and thus Judge denied to provide me anticipatory bail. Now I do not know how can I fight for justice.
